Hello Everyone, can any one help me.

I am looking for a way to create a frosted glass effect.  i Have created a glass effect using eye candy but do not seem to be able to create the frosted glass. any got any ideas. .

You mean like Jack Frost was there...LOL
Color choice is important.
In eye candy dont be afraid to make adjustments to the settings. Save them too.
But you may want to look at the filter MezzoForce Ice by 2Manekenai found here....

It does ice/frost effects.

There are several tutorials around...google search for 'how to created frosted glass effect'...got this.... http://www.tutorialoutpost.com/count/1771
even thou its a photoshop tutorial, they same things can be done in psp.

Gillbo, I don't know if this will help, but.....
Check out and play with the 'Glass' instructions (bottom of the following tutorial).

I have tried it using the 'Glass' instructions on other images (not making a deer), just using an apple or a flower with a transparent background, then adding a colored layer under the object. It works on some, not all.
