Hi all
Didn't know where to put this one or whether ther is already a solution posted elswhere. Couldn't find one, so here goes.
I have an image, 600 x 400 pixels and need to 'cut' it up into 100 x 100 pixel bits. I know I can do this one piece at a time (Thanks to Johny Cash), but that takes some time, so I amwondering if there is a quick way of doing this.
Looking forward to any suggestions.

The quick way is to do File > Export > Image Slicer. This PSP feature is designed primarily to give you a fast-to-load table on a web page (cf a slow-to-load large image file), and it creates the table for you to put into the code for your page; page or not, Image Slicer cuts the image into pieces the size of which you determine. If you need any help deciphering what PSP's documentation for Image Slicer means, post back and ask. I had a tutorial for it on a Yahoo site that doesn't exist anymore, and I need a push to get it back online. |
