Here is another way to code your message to display thumbnails without having to create them in fact.

Code [a href="http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/2295/img00418x10800fn5.jpg"] [img src="http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/2295/img00418x10800fn5.jpg" width="200"] [/a]

For each of the left brackets,
substitute the 'Lesser Than' symbol and
for each of the right brackets substitute the 'Greater Than' symbol.
Also you can change the width value though I would
keep it between 100 and 200 for the pic width size.
The height size will automatically be created to keep the right ratio.
