How I did it...

Using PSP8:  

Daisy

• This is a perfect photo for easy cleaning. Not all of them are.
• Magic wand
• Hit the delete key
• Paste as new image. There you have it.

• I resized
• Went to file, exported to picture tube, and exported as a gif.
