4. Combination #1
To illustrate how one might combine different effects, I took illustration #4 (Gamma correction #3 for a darker purple) and applied the Curves effect to it for a richer purple.
I set a middle node with input = 140 and output = 210 for a rich purple color. If you use just curves at 140 and 210 the effect is a lighter color.
