Prof & Mom #3 - Enlarged Photo with Mask Frame

How I did it...

Using PSP8:  

I wanted to see if I could enlarge the photo without losing too much quality. I resized the picture to 600 width. I then used a Mask of a white layer above the photo and then used the Inner Bevel to get a frame appearance.
