How I did it...

• 1. Duplicated image
• 2. On new image duplicated layer
• 3. Applied brush effects to layer 2 and fire watcher lighting effects to layer one(bottom)
• 4. Layer blended using color mode.
• 5. Copied original image and pasted as new layer over the previous two and applied brush effects and reduced opacity to 50%
• 6. Made another copy of original image and pasted as a new layer erasing holes in it for sky and water/ice
• 7. Reduced opacity of top layer to 70%
• 8. Merged all layers.
• Total time 35 min.
