How I did it...

• Currently using PSP v7.04
• Project took about 3 hours, mostly to decide all the effects I wanted to use. I experimented a lot with different Patterns until I was satisfied.

• 1. Made 2 Copies of Original
• 2. 1st Copy: Used Texture Effect
  • a). Fine Leather
  • b). Used Clarify twice
  • c). Cropped Image
• 3. 2nd Copy: Used Freehand around Bird & Branch
  • a). Copy & Pasted to 1st Image
  • b). Select None
  • c). Removed 2nd Copy from Workspace
• 4. For Effect: Used Harry’s Filters
  • a). Color
  • b). Cartoon Art (Random)
• 5. For Frame used Add Border
  • a). Symmetric and Setting of 5
  • b). Used magic Wand in Border
  • c). Used Flood Fill (190, 165, 125)
  • d). Added Noise (63%, Random)
  • e). Used Blur More
  • f). 3D Effects (Chisel)
  • g). Select None
