What a fun project! I used it to get familiar with PSPV8 except for the animated gif which was done in PSPv7 following Prof's tut for Water Animation http://www.tut.pspug.org/tut7eff/water_v7.htm
"Intense Fog" Man do I love the fog and this was intense. It looked like a hurricane should hit the coast so I selected the buildings in the middle of the photo and used Distortion Effects->Wind at 100%.
Then I began having fun with the tubes. Critters were put on separate layers and then effects applied-can't remember which ones :) Since these were 'home projects' for me the framing by tape seemed good.
I also liked the idea of putting a domestic cat against a real one and with the drop shadow tried to indicate the real cat was outside the image while the domestic was inside.
