Balloons

How I did it...

Using PSP8:  

• One Step Photo Fix Twice
• Picture Tubes {Man & Balloons, 4 different colors, Shiny Ribbon Silver for the balloons, Toy Sailboat - I was trying to have a child's sailboat left on beach, Flag on boat, clouds beneath boat, Earth, Hills, Moss and Lightening)
• One Step Photo Fix
• I used several large clouds to get the foggy look.
• Added the Balloon Picture Frame
• About 30 minutes.
