Negative Image #1

How I did it...

Using PSP7:  

I used psp7

• Opened the image & duplicated
• Then colours /negative image /grey scale/ and used dodge on the layer blend modes
• Added some gaussian blur,
• Then got rid of the background not wanted using selections and eraser,
• Increased the colours to 16 million selected and colorized to taste
• It took me about 15 minutes
