Using PSP 8 &
I used the day lillies for this one. After using 1 step photo fix, I
decided to try the user defined filters.
Using the 9 boxes in the center and starting at the top left 1st row:
-1, -1, -1.
Second row, 0,0,0
Third row, 1,1,1
Promoted background to a layer, and used the geometric circle. The
deformation tool, to make it an oval. Selection tool to delete some from
the top and bottom.
Made another selection at the top, promoted it to layer and floated it.
Flood filled with white and used a Flaming Pear Silver preset. Did the
same with the bottom.
Used an inner bevel on all 3 layers to give it some depth.
