Time spent - about 30 mins
This is what I did :-
- I started by Duplicating the layer.
- On the duplicate I applied 'ECWS Halftone' filter using the dither 4x4 preset at the default settings.
- I then applied a 'gaussian blur'.
- Next I changed the layer mode to 'difference'.
- I merged the layers together with merge visible.
- I applied the photo effect 'auto contrast enhancement' then the effect 'edge enhance'.
- To finish I added a frame.
