How I did it...

Program used - PSP8

Time spent - about 5 mins

This is what I did :-

• I used the filter Almathera halo to create edging.
• First layer, glass mosaic
• Second layer resized 75% rotated 45degrees
• Third layer resized original 75%

• This was a mishmash of ideas I have found from tutorials. It took about five minutes!
