Rippling Water over Blueberries

How I did it...

Using PSP8:  

Experimenting with various effects to see what types of images I could achieve.

• Using the Artistic Effects first used Neon Glow detail = 98 and opacity = 25
• Enhanced using first the One Step Photo Fix and then Clarify
• I then explored various other Effects and settled upon the Ripple Effect:
  Hz = 90, Vt = 10, Amplitude = 7, Wavelength = 14, Color = black
• Finished off the photo using Masks with the 034 mask preset.
