Topography

How I did it...

Duplicated the image and on the duplicated layer and applied topography artistic effect.

I set the width to 2, the angle to 45, color set to white.

I set the density to 2 on the image in the lower left.

I changed the layer blend mode to lighten on the lower left.

The image in the upper right was achieved by modifying the strength and applying a different blend mode.
